This computer controlled border double serging and quilting machine have 5 independent flanging and chain sewing head, controlled by PLC program, it automatically hems the mattress border as overlock the two sides at the same time, and then produces high quality horizontal stitched after that vertical stitched mattress border, fully automatic operation, thread break detectors, automatic shut down sensor-detecting material blockage in roller, all are included, also we can special design according to your need.
