Main application and performance:
Model ZJQ automaitc zigzag label machine is mainly used for sewing label of mattresses. It is driving by inverter and stepper motor, controlled by PLC, pressing and clamped by air pressure. It sews the prepared label on the mattress automatically. The machine has the following characteristics: positioning accuracy, perfectly stitch, simple operation, high speed sewing etc. It is a perfect equipment for high-class mattress.
Technical Feature:
Japanese sewing head, and imported servo motors for controlling ensuring more precision and stability;
High-stroke to automatically lift the pressure foot, which makes the cloth discharge convenient and fast, and the thread auto-cutting system and auto-oiling system.
Precise and reliable positioning and perfect and consistent stitches, which makes it easier to operate.
Able to make labels of various sizes and has the pre-store programs.
Label sizes of various frames can be programmed as per customer's request.
