WKH1 Double Serging and Quilting Machine
Main application and performance:
This machine is mainly used for flange the mattress fabric. It has two independent flanging/sewing head, flanging/sewing head working synchronously, then using a multi-needle quilting machine. Controled by PLC program, sewing head speed adjusted by stepless inverter for each head. Additionally, it is equipped with a winding synchronously device, thread broken detection device and material splice auto-stop device.
